OCJ Student Troop Care Package Drive Operation Cuppa Joe’s Mission is to collect, donate and distribute over One Care Packages to all military branches stateside and abroad. Operation Cuppa Joe will work with educators, students, administrators, counselors and students to support this program. Operation Cuppa Joe will set up 120,000 Campuses throughout the nation with over 87,000,000 students.
